Case Study — Mobile Paediatric Therapy

From one van to a fully booked calendar.

Adapt and Learn brings therapy straight to families' doorsteps across Brisbane. We brought their name to the top of the search results — and gave the phone something to do.

The Starting Point

No clinic. No client list. Just a van and a plan.

Adapt and Learn walked through our door in mid-2023 with something most agencies never get to work with: a genuinely blank slate. No clinic space, no waiting room, no existing traffic — just a fitted-out van, two dedicated therapists, and a conviction that therapy shouldn't be something families have to travel for.

Their model was already the hard part solved — bring occupational and speech therapy to the family's doorstep instead of the other way around. What they needed from us was the other half of the equation: a way for the right families to actually find them.

That meant starting from zero on every channel at once — brand, website, search visibility, and paid demand — and building each one to carry its own weight.

The brief
Build the brand, the site, and the demand — from scratch
The Approach

Four channels, one job: get the right families through the door.

Rather than betting everything on one channel, we built a stack where each piece covers for the others' weak spot — search for the long game, ads for the demand that can't wait.

Foundation

Website & Brand

A new digital home built around the family's experience — clear enough to explain a mobile therapy model in one scroll, and warm enough to feel like it was made for parents, not algorithms.

Long Game

SEO

Targeting the exact phrases Brisbane parents type when they're searching for help — not generic traffic, but the kind that turns into a booked home visit.

Instant Demand

Google Ads

While SEO built momentum in the background, Google Ads put Adapt and Learn at the very top the moment a family started searching — no waiting required.

Awareness

Facebook Ads

Reaching parents before they're actively searching, building familiarity so that when the need does arise, one name already feels trustworthy.

The Road So Far

Growth rarely moves in a straight line. Here's the actual route.

Scroll through the milestones below — the same up-and-down path a mobile therapy startup actually travels on the way from nothing to fully booked.

Mid-2023Site and brand go live. Zero organic traffic.
Early daysSEO foundations laid. First organic clicks trickle in.
The quiet stretchThe slow part of SEO — rankings building, not yet visible.
Last 6 monthsClicks and impressions more than double.
June 2025Best Facebook month yet — 40 leads at the lowest cost per click so far.
Today127 organic visits a month, and still climbing.
The Numbers

What "working" actually looks like, channel by channel.

Two very different jobs — search intent vs. discovery — each pulling their own weight.

The Real-World Bit

Numbers on a dashboard are only useful if they mean something offline.

Every extra lead is a real family, a real home visit, and one more reason the van needs a bigger schedule.

"Adapt and Learn didn't need more noise. They needed the right families to find them at the exact moment they were looking for help — that's the part of this project we're proudest of."
